The colors have been designed to allow a beautiful intimacy and the choice of raw materials is part of this natural landscape and sounds like a return to nature and to the essential: the raw wood of the tables, the setting up of clean tables, the original tableware, in harmony with the dishes and the place. Marked by Mediterranean cuisine, that of his heart, he creates a network of trusted suppliers, aware of the importance of a quality product and takes the time to revisit some local specialties thanks to his technique.
A first star rewards a balanced cuisine. Almost 20 years later, Chef Taormina delivers today with the same passion, the cuisine he loves, by not forbidding anything, taking inspiration from the product and letting himself be guided as much by his technique as by his creativity.
